NASA said no to servicing the beloved Hubble Space Telescope -- and meant it.

That was the word Monday from space agency officials who have come under fire from astronomers and lawmakers angry about last month's decision to abandon the wildly successful but aging telescope in order to focus on President Bush's new space plan.
